About the Role
Position: Senior Analyst - Regulatory Reporting
Location: BKC, Mumbai, India
Target Candidates: CA Freshers (2026 Passout)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare RBI reports for Bank branches, including Basel III, Leverage Ratio, DSB Returns, Form A, Form X, BSR, etc.
- Coordinate with other departments for requisite data to prepare regulatory returns in a timely manner.
- Prepare ad-hoc RBI reports, including data required by RBI during Annual Inspection and Quarterly discussions.
- Create MIS/Data backup for preparing regulatory reports.
- Coordinate with RBI for obtaining user IDs and passwords for filing reports.
- Understand financial statements forming the base of RBI returns.
- Manage RBI Reporting (DSB, Form-A, Form-X, CRR/SLR, BSR etc.).
- Maintain MIS.
- Support in preparation of Financial Statements and Audit.
- Manage Non-personnel expense budget.
- Day-to-day coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and internally circulate specific daily returns (such as CRAR, NSFR, LCR etc.).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic and fair understanding of accounting and taxation related aspects.
