About the Job

• Job Title: Sales & Marketing (Growth) Intern
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: ~5 hours per week, minimum 2-month commitment.
• Compensation: Unpaid

Overview

Starbeam is hiring Sales and Marketing Interns to help launch its free agentic AI consumer app on US college campuses, with a soft launch in Summer 2026 and full rollout in Fall 2026. After the initial launch, interns will support the rollout of enterprise AI services. Some interns will focus on campus outreach and partnerships, while others will lead content creation. After the growth phase, interns will serve as campus ambassadors and customer success representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and customize sales presentations and scripts using AI tools.
• Identify influencers and leaders through web research and social media.
• Populate and manage CRM databases and prospect profiles.
• Utilize warm and cold outreach strategies to build and maintain relationships with student organizations, club leaders, and social media influencers.
• Represent Starbeam through content creation, including short-form video, social media posts, and written features for campus media.
• Write articles and online content about Starbeam to improve brand visibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Able to commit a minimum of 5 hours/week.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Interested in sales and marketing as a possible career.
• Sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA).

Qualifications

• A current college student majoring in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. Exemptions will be made for high school students with extraordinary interest.
