Relationship Associate / Admission Counsellor

About the Role

Seeking a dynamic and personable Relationship Associate / Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for parents and prospective students. This role involves managing enquiries, supporting the admissions process, and building lasting relationships with families to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students.
• Greet, guide, and inform visitors during school tours and open houses.
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.
• Handle admission enquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Provide accurate information on programs, curriculum, fees, and policies.
• Follow up with prospective parents and guide them through the application process.
• Work closely with academic, administration, and accounts teams to address parent queries.
• Maintain clear communication between parents and school departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Address concerns or complaints from parents promptly and professionally.
• Escalate issues to appropriate authorities when necessary while maintaining positive parent relationships.
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and parent interactions.
• Assist in generating reports on admissions trends and parent feedback.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Promote the school's values and programs effectively.
• Act as a brand ambassador of the school in all interactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or basic MS Office applications is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or education is a plus.
• Prior experience in the education industry (school admissions, counselling or front office) is strongly preferred.
• Candidates based in Thane are preferred.
