Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for retail and e-commerce use cases.
- Build intelligent chatbots and conversational AI solutions for customer support and business operations.
- Develop AI agents capable of handling tasks, retrieving information, and automating workflows.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for knowledge-based chatbots and AI applications.
- Analyze retail data, customer behavior, sales trends, and product information to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy AI solutions into production.
- Monitor model performance, improve accuracy, and optimize AI systems for scalability and reliability.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Experience building chatbots, conversational AI, and AI agents.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
- Experience with data processing, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Understanding of SQL and data analysis techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing AI solutions.
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, demand forecasting, and customer segmentation.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud deployment, and MLOps practices.
