About the Role
- Responsible for end-to-end functional leadership of SAP Quote-to-Billing processes.
- Ensures stable operations, process standardization, and successful delivery of approved business demands across the global SAP landscape.
- Serves as the primary SAP SD functional authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing quotations, sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, and customer invoicing.
- Partnering with business stakeholders, PMO, and cross-functional teams.
- Driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, governance, compliance, and solution delivery.
