About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Thane.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
• Handle basic food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
• Provide attentive service to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to creating a friendly atmosphere.
• May assist in developing new drink offerings or specials.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Thane on a full-time schedule, including weekends or peak hours as needed.
• Attention to detail.
• Reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including beverage preparation and espresso-based drink making.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
