About the Role
This role is a key player in the Warehouse Operations team. The Business Process Expert is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process inefficiencies in our warehouse operations. They will work under direct supervision and follow well-defined precedents and policies. They will also be involved in smaller, less complex projects with low to medium levels of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize process inefficiencies in warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement solutions under guidance to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Participate in the development of new ideas, techniques, and procedures under guidance.
- Collaborate effectively within the immediate team to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g., decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.

Compensation
- Starting Pay / Salary Range: $69,300.00 - $96,200.00 / year
