  • $23 - $28.00 per hour based on experience and execution capabilities.

Your Impact

  • Capture the CEO’s days: Attend in-person recording sessions 3 times a week in Los Angeles to capture the CEO in meetings, shoot behind-the-scenes moments, and record direct-to-phone videos.
  • Drive the Content Engine: Ensure fresh, original content is consistently filmed, prepped, and organized weekly.
  • Video Editing & Pipeline Management: Edit short-form content natively.
  • Audience Listening: Monitor the CEO’s DMs and social media comments to identify influencer-style questions and topics for new video content.
  • Trend Spotting: Actively engage with social media to identify trending topics, audio, and video formats for rapid, actionable content pitches.
  • Publishing & Engagement: Post videos directly onto the CEO's social platforms, monitor audience response, and leverage comments to generate ideas for future content.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for drafting engaging social captions.
  • Digitally fluent, self-motivated, and comfortable operating quickly in an executive environment.

Qualifications

  • A "no task is too small" mentality.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to take direction well.
  • Thrives on executing a clear vision.
