The Python Programmer Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on contributing to the development and maintenance of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing and testing Python code.
• Implementing features.
• Fixing bugs.
• Assisting with back-end web development tasks.
• Working with databases.
• Helping design and improve APIs.
• Supporting integration between different system components.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Documenting technical work.
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure stable, efficient, and maintainable software.
• Learning new tools and frameworks relevant to Python and back-end development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Programming and Python, with an understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Skills in Back-End Web Development, including familiarity with server-side frameworks and API design.
• Experience or coursework in Software Development practices, such as version control, testing, and debugging.
• Basic knowledge of Databases, including data modeling, queries, and integration with applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
• Interest in learning new technologies, problem-solving, and contributing to real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
