About the Role
This role involves building and maintaining a Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners. The goal is to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform that enhances commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through intelligent marketing tools, ensures the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and balances revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for TikTok's monetization. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on backend development of TikTok's proprietary CRM platform.
- Transform TikTok's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging industry best practices.
- Understand users' personalized requests and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions.

Qualifications
- Individuals completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with big data components including Spark, OLAP engines, and Flink is a plus, but not required.
- Professional experience with Java is preferred.
- Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred.
- Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.) is preferred.
