Veraxius is a Behavioral Trust Infrastructure startup building a trust-scoring platform to help organizations measure and verify trust objectively.

The Role

Join the engineering team and work alongside senior developers on full-stack features with AI-powered components. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real product code and gain practical, portfolio-ready experience.

This is an unpaid, experience-based internship. Upon completion, outstanding interns may be considered for a position at the company, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the frontend and backend using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate LLMs and third-party APIs into the platform.
• Contribute to API design, database modeling, and automation workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and learn engineering best practices.
• Test, debug, and document the features you build.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent self-taught experience with demonstrable projects.
• Solid foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Familiarity with React or Next.js.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and Git.
• Interest in AI: hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or automation is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, learning-driven mindset.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and team communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Express, Prisma, or workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing personal projects.
