About the Role
- Internship Duration: 6 Months + FTE (Based on Performance)
- Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
- This is a 6-month, paid, full-time internship requiring on-site presence, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time employment role based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Participate in feature developments and bug fixing.
- Collect and analyze business requirements to develop the best solutions.
- Evaluate existing applications to determine areas of development and improvement.
- Proactively identify and track software performance issues.
- Build a strong relationship with clients and internal teams.
- Provide technical documentation for each development project.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Java or React or Both
- JavaScript
- React framework
Qualifications
- Candidates specializing in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT.
- Minimum academic achievement of 80% (consistent throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation).
- Understanding of object-oriented design and development.
- Knowledge of various software design life cycles.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of software architecture.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
