About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore Jayanagar. This is a Full-Time position within the Human Resources / Recruitment department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
