About the Role

INDICON CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a Pune-based construction company specializing in road construction and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Monitor expenses and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with project and site teams for financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
• Maintain accurate records and support statutory compliance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
