Key Responsibilities

• Business Growth:
• Maintain and update our company website.
• Publish content.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Optimize lead generation channels.
• Web Scraping & Data Extraction:
• Develop scripts or use no-code tools to collect, clean, and organize publicly available data relating to doctors, nurses, and hospitals.
• Programming & Automation:
• Develop Python scripts and AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive workflows in healthcare and support our MIRA (Medical Intelligence Robotic Automation) project.
• New Ideas:
• Explore new ideas.
• Develop prototypes.
• Test solutions.
• Implement successful improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree or higher, with a minimum CGPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in AI.
• Experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs, verify facts, and improve results.
• You love figuring things out on YouTube / ChatGPT instead of waiting for instructions.
• Knowledge or experience in Python programming.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Own laptop or PC with a high-speed internet connection.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong desire to learn new technologies independently and apply creative AI-driven solutions to business problems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a team player, professional, and a self-learner.
• Work Arrangement:
• Work From Home.
• Work 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
• Preferred start time: 6:00 AM (Indian Standard Time).
• Joining:
• Available to join within two weeks of selection.
• Remuneration:
• First 6 Months: INR 15,000 per month.
• After 6 Months: INR 20,000 per month.
• Every Year: Guaranteed Salary increase of 20%.

Qualifications

• You use AI as a productivity tool but can critically evaluate its outputs, verify facts, and troubleshoot errors.
• You are comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and turning what you learn into practical solutions.
• You enjoy experimenting, building prototypes, and improving ideas through testing.
• You enjoy working across technology and business rather than restricting yourself to one narrow area.
• You take ownership of your work, learn from mistakes, and continuously look for better ways to solve problems.
