  • Utilize SQL to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and system-related initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing Workday administration, maintenance, and enhancements following implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and improve system functionality.
  • Support updates to employee data, status changes, workflows, and related business processes.
  • Contribute to broader technology modernization initiatives and help improve operational efficiency.

  • Understanding of HRIS platforms and the implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with implementation partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, Finance, IT, and business teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Experience with ongoing Workday administration and maintenance is a plus.
  • Law firm or professional services experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with approximately 6–12 months of relevant Workday implementation experience may be considered, provided they have meaningful hands-on exposure, working SQL knowledge, and the ability to learn quickly.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $140,000–$145,000, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement benefits and paid time off.
  • Additional firm benefits, including profit-sharing opportunities and a potential additional paycheck in February (subject to firm practices and eligibility).
