This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers and creative teams in coordinating daily activities.
• Track timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Organize project documentation.
• Prepare status reports.
• Schedule meetings.
• Maintain clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with resource allocation.
• Follow up on action items.
• Help streamline workflows to improve project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and task follow-up.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a reliable team contributor.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar support role in a creative or agency environment is an advantage.
• Interest in branding, marketing, or design and willingness to learn studio processes and methodologies.
