About the Role
The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division, responsible for leading and growing the Work in Sport platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting strategic direction
- Overseeing educational workshops and events
- Ensuring high-quality delivery of the career coaching program
- Managing partnerships with schools, industry speakers, and coaches
- Supervising marketing, content creation, and community-building initiatives across digital channels
- Monitoring operational performance
- Managing budgets
- Guiding a small team or collaborators to achieve business goals
- Engaging directly with students and stakeholders, gathering feedback
- Continuously improving programs to align with the organization’s mission and vision
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Business ownership or senior leadership experience
- Experience in strategic planning
- Experience in operations management
- Experience in financial oversight
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Marketing and brand-building competence
- Social media management

Qualifications
- Background in education, coaching, or youth development with a strong interest in careers within the sports industry.
- Prior experience in the sports industry or sports education is highly beneficial.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Education, Sports Management, Communications) or equivalent professional experience.
