Junior Technical Content Writer

About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
• Create clear, structured, and technically accurate content for websites, blogs, product pages, and marketing materials related to web design, development, SEO, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Research technical topics.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to understand project requirements.
• Convert technical information into user-friendly copy.
• Write and revise content for landing pages, service descriptions, FAQs, documentation, and case studies.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and SEO best practices.
• Proofread and edit content.
• Support content updates across client projects.
• Meet deadlines within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong writing skills.
• Web content writing skills.
• Technical content creation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Research and analytical skills to gather information from technical sources and convert it into accurate, structured content.
• Editing and proofreading skills to ensure clarity, grammar, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and web technologies (HTML/CSS basics, CMS usage) to create search-optimized content.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work closely with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, MS Office, and project management platforms will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, are beneficial.
• Previous internship or work experience in content writing for IT, web development, or digital agencies will be an advantage.
