SAP Integrated Business Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP IBP Response & Supply / Order-Based Planning (OBP) solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Configure OBP settings, planning run profiles, and demand prioritization rules.
• Configure and maintain planning-related master data, including products, locations, transportation lanes, and production data structures.
• Perform supply planning and analyze planning results using Heuristics and Optimizer scenarios.
• Work on Planning Areas, Master Data Types, Attributes, Time Profiles, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Planning Views, and Alerts.
• Support integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA, including master and transactional data synchronization.
• Work with Real-Time Integration (RTI) for SAP IBP Order-Based Planning scenarios.
• Analyze OBP supply-planning results using capabilities such as Projected Stock, View Gating Factors, Analyze Supply Usage, and View Confirmations.
• Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases, resolve defects, and support cutover activities.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer and user training.
