The Role
- Source and screen candidates regularly
- Track follow-ups and conversations accurately
- Maintain ATS / sheets with discipline
- Coordinate interviews and offers
- Close loops with candidates and internal teams
- Repeat the above daily, without external pressure
What Success Looks Like
- Follow-ups don’t slip
- Candidates don’t get lost
- Data stays clean
- Tasks are completed without reminders
- Steady performance even when work feels quiet or repetitive
