About the Role

throwbakc & throwbakc studio is a creative production company focused on delivering visually engaging and story-driven video content. This is a full-time, on-site Videographer and Video Editor role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras and arranging lighting.
• Capture high-quality footage.
• Operate cameras during shoots.
• Coordinate with the creative team on shot lists and visual styles.
• Manage video files and backups.
• Edit footage into polished videos.
• Add basic graphics and sound.
• Ensure final outputs meet technical and artistic standards.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, and other team members to deliver content on schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Video Production and Shooting Video skills, with experience handling end-to-end production workflows.
• Camera Operation and Camera handling skills, including familiarity with professional or prosumer video equipment.
• Hands-on experience with Lighting for video, including setting up and adjusting lights for different environments and moods.
• Ability to edit video using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Understanding of framing, composition, and visual storytelling for different platforms (social media, web, and branded content).
• Strong organizational skills for managing footage, maintaining file structures, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary creative team.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior studio or production experience is a plus.
