Associate Talent Specialist

About the Role

Collabera, a leader in the staffing industry, is looking for an Associate Talent Specialist. This is an opportunity to work with a reputed staffing firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the job description and understand client requirements to execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates.
• Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media.
• Assess applicants' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility to leverage trust for referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment, and gain candidate commitment for current and future job requirements.
• Submit candidate resumes to hiring managers for scrutiny and consideration.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing updates on their candidature.
• Partner with the onsite sales team in North America to understand client needs and requirements.
• Engage regularly with candidates through email, voice, and video calls.
• Verify and validate each document as per client compliances and raise findings for missing or incomplete documents.
• Work within tight timelines to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
