Financial Analyst Intern

Role Overview

• We are hiring a Financial Analyst Intern for a 1 to 3-month full-time remote role.
• This position involves analyzing financial statements, preparing performance reports, updating budget models, and supporting business teams with data-driven financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and evaluating financial datasets across business units.
• Build and maintain financial spreadsheets, trackers, and models using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual performance against projected figures and budgets.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial summaries, presentations, and management reports.
• Conduct industry research and benchmark financial metrics against industry competitors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).
• Clear foundational knowledge of corporate finance principles, financial statements, and ratio analysis.
• Strong analytical reasoning and high attention to detail with numerical data.
• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Freshers welcome.

Compensation & Details

• Stipend: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Duration: 1 to 3 Months
• Work Mode: Remote (India)
• Certificate: Internship completion certificate upon successful project delivery.
