About the Role

The Packer role is an on-site internship based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pack products according to company standards.
• Ensure items are correctly labeled, sealed, and prepared for shipment.
• Check products for damage.
• Count and verify quantities.
• Arrange items in cartons or pallets.
• Assist with loading and organizing packed goods in the storage area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the packing workstation.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support warehouse staff with basic inventory and documentation activities.
• Learn practical skills in supply chain and packaging operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and packing goods safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail for checking product quality, verifying quantities, and correct labeling and packaging.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills to support counting, sorting, and simple documentation.
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supervisory staff.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning and following instructions.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English or local language.

Prior experience in warehouse or packing operations is an advantage but not required.
