About the Role

Lotus Feet Consulting LLP is hiring a full-time, on-site CA (Final) Student in Gurugram. This role involves assisting in the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in audit assignments.
• Perform accounting and finance-related reconciliations.
• Contribute to tax and advisory engagements under supervision.
• Research financial and regulatory issues.
• Draft work papers and documentation.
• Supervise accounting updation.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members.
• Collaborate closely with senior professionals.
• Participate in client meetings when required.
• Maintain accurate records to support high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• CA (Final) students who have completed the required academic stages and are eligible for articleship training.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Solid understanding of Financial Statements and Finance to assist with audits, reviews, and advisory assignments.
• Sound Accounting knowledge and the ability to apply relevant standards and principles.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with team members and clients, and to document work clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
• Familiarity with audit tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work diligently on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and a willingness to learn and grow.
