About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Secunderābād. The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that support Henlo Technologies’ digital, AI, and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Implement clean and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance.
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies.
• Actively support improvement of development processes and product quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and experience with object-oriented design.
• Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, or similar).
• Understanding of databases and data access (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, query optimization, basic data modeling).
• Experience with software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and code review.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems methodically, and write clear technical documentation.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
