About the Role
We are building a Gen-Z women's fashion brand powered by AI. Our mission is to reinvent fashion for a generation that values individuality over trends and self-expression over mass production. We're creating a brand that lives where Gen-Z lives—on Instagram, Pinterest and wherever culture is being shaped next.
Key Responsibilities
- Comfortable or have worked in 0-1 setup.
- Experience in high growth D2C startups or fast-paced startups in general.
- Taking the helm in people, culture, hiring, ops, and anything people-oriented.
- Rolling up sleeves to set things right, getting hands dirty, and getting the job done.
- Experience working with Founders and understanding fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- Experience in core people functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management, and other startup needs.
- Ability to design and optimize people processes, policies, and systems in a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfort working closely with Founders and cross-functional teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Degree: Preferably from IIMs.
- Location: Preferably from Bangalore.
