About the Role

The BD Intern role at ApoKOS Rehabilitation is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and referral networks.
• Lead generation.
• Managing client relationships.
• Coordinating with internal teams to design and promote rehabilitation services and programs.
• Conducting market research.
• Organizing outreach activities and presentations.
• Tracking sales pipelines.
• Reporting performance metrics to leadership.
• Supporting branding initiatives.
• Participating in events and medical conferences.
• Ensuring consistent, professional representation of ApoKOS in the healthcare community.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
• Business and Account Management skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Comfort with field work, client visits, and representing the organization at events and industry forums.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, hospitals, or rehabilitation services business development is highly beneficial.
