Event Representative

About the Role

Ecosphere.Media is seeking an energetic Event Representative to represent the company at events, exhibitions, expos, and industry gatherings across Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi. This role is suited to a confident individual who enjoys meeting people, communicating clearly, and creating a professional impression on behalf of an organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend assigned events, expos, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Represent Ecosphere.Media professionally and engage with visitors, attendees, partners, and prospective customers.
• Share accurate information about the company and its offerings.
• Support booth or event arrangements and help maintain an organised, welcoming presence.
• Record relevant visitor details, enquiries, feedback, and follow-up information when required.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding event schedules, attendance, and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, presentable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to event venues in Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, and the wider NCR region.
• Ability to work on event days and follow assigned schedules.
• Prior event, exhibition, brand promotion, customer-facing, or sales experience is useful but not mandatory.
