Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality visual content for corporate events, government assignments, brand campaigns, and other client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Photography & Videography: Cover corporate and government events, conferences, brand activations, and other assignments, capturing key moments, speakers, audience interactions, and event highlights.
• Technical Execution: Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality visuals and clear sound. Manage equipment setup and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
• Content Delivery: Organise and manage captured footage and photographs, ensuring timely delivery in the required formats and specifications.
• Post-Production: Edit photographs and videos when required, maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
• Client Coordination: Understand project requirements, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and maintain professional conduct during assignments.
• Planning & Logistics: Prepare equipment, manage shoot schedules, maintain equipment inventory, and coordinate logistics for on-location assignments.
• Travel & Flexibility: Be available for travel, outdoor shoots, and assignments that may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography, preferably in corporate events, conferences, and government assignments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Must own a professional camera and essential shooting equipment required for photography and videography assignments. Additional equipment requirements may vary depending on the project.
• Working knowledge of photo and video editing software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client interactions.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver quality work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for assignments and work flexible hours when required.
