About the Role
The AI Engineer is a full-time, Hybrid role (Mostly Remote). This role involves designing, training, and deploying machine learning and AI models that power CRM systems, web applications, and automation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and optimizing neural network architectures.
- Implementing pattern recognition algorithms.
- Developing NLP-based features and services.
- Working closely with software developers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Monitoring AI model performance.
- Refining AI solutions based on real-world usage.
- Researching emerging AI techniques.
- Maintaining clean and scalable code.
- Collaborating with product and business teams to translate requirements into robust AI solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrated experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for practical AI and machine learning applications.
- Experience with Prompting (including debugging generated code).
- Ability to use AI Tools for increasing productivity.
- Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including building, fine-tuning, and deploying language models.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI, such as Python.
- Proficiency in ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience deploying AI models into production environments.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Ability to evaluate model performance.
- Ability to iterate quickly based on metrics and user feedback.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
