About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Speaking with engineers, developers, scientists, and other STEM professionals.
- Building relationships with STEM companies and senior decision-makers.
- Head-hunting specialist candidates for technical projects.
- Winning new clients and developing a portfolio of STEM businesses.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation to placement.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Working towards clear targets and being rewarded for results.
