This full-time, on-site position is based in Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in the operational management of the entire supply chain, from demand assessment through procurement to delivery.
• Maintain order data and supplier information in the system.
• Track orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Assist in analyzing delivery times, inventory levels, and costs.
• Create reports.
• Contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to ensure reliable and efficient supply.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in communication and customer service for clear information dissemination, professional inquiry handling, and constructive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Competencies in supply chain management, including understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, delivery times, and coordination between different supply chain stages.
• Experience in procurement and purchasing, including obtaining quotes, comparing terms, and supporting supplier negotiations.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Proficient use of common office software and ERP software.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Good English language skills for communication with international colleagues and partners.

Qualifications

• A completed commercial or business administration training or a relevant degree is an advantage.
• Initial professional experience in supply chain or purchasing is welcomed.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team.
• Willingness to learn in a technology-oriented environment.
