Position: Agentic AI Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Build intelligent AI systems.
- Develop autonomous agents.
- Create production-ready AI applications that solve real-world problems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Knowledge of agent orchestration, planning, memory management, state management, and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, and external tools into AI applications.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, Git, and application deployment.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, tracing, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience.
- Strong technical fundamentals.
- Practical project experience.
- Genuine interest in building reliable, production-ready Agentic AI systems.
- Hands-on implementation, problem-solving, and engineering skills are valued.
- Candidates with relevant GitHub repositories, deployed projects, and working AI implementations are especially encouraged to apply.
