Analyst

About the Role

Globallogic is a digital engineering company focused on combining engineering, experience design, and data to help clients accelerate their digital transformation. This is a full-time, on-site Analyst position based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to gather and interpret data.
• Document requirements and support decision-making for client solutions.
• Analyze business processes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify needs and outcomes.
• Contribute to project documentation.
• Assist in testing and quality checks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation tools) and comfort working with structured data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and organized.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
• Prior experience or internships in analytics, consulting, or IT services are an advantage but not mandatory.
