About the Role

Apfelbacher Kreativ AG is seeking a Digital Content Creator for a contract, remote role. This position is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content across web, social media, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching topics.
• Developing content concepts.
• Scripting and writing copy.
• Creating visual or multimedia assets in collaboration with designers and other team members.
• Adapting content for different platforms.
• Optimizing materials for engagement and brand consistency.
• Ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Participating in virtual meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Responding to feedback.
• Updating content based on performance metrics and evolving campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to create clear, engaging digital content for web, social media, and multimedia formats.
• Experience planning content calendars and coordinating with creative or marketing teams.
• Strong research skills to understand audiences, trends, and client industries.
• Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools (e.g., CMS platforms, project management software).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles such as SEO, audience targeting, and analytics.
• Attention to detail, including grammar, brand voice, and visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in content creation, social media, or a related creative field.
• Agency experience is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in media, communications, design, marketing, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
• Additional languages are a plus.
