About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional with expertise in Commercial Lines Insurances.
📍 Location: Bhiwadi, Alwar
⏰ Joining: Immediate preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering & other Non-EB commercial insurance products.
- Drive sales for EB Plans like Group Health Insurance, Group Personal Accidental Insurance.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with B2B & B2C clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote our insurance & financial products.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
- Maintain and update client databases and call records.
- Build rapport with prospects and identify opportunities for sales conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Meet revenue targets, handle renewals, and upsell/cross-sell insurance solutions.
- Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Tele-calling or inside sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of email conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated and persuasive with good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years in Insurance Sales.
- Preferred experience of EB and Non-EB Insurance.
