About the Role

The Full Time Recruiter at TanTech LLC will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles. This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Leverage job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify qualified professionals.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Support hiring managers with candidate assessments.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring strategies with business needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, professional networks, and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of IT and technology roles (e.g., developers, cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering) is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• 0–5 Years of experience.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in the staffing or IT services sector is an advantage.
