About the Role
Warange Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support its life insurance operations and client servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and share client reports using CRM software.
- Track premium payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and continuity of insurance coverage.
- Assist clients with policy servicing, claims, maturity-related requirements, and documentation.
- Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Assist in evaluating LIC products to address clients' insurance and financial protection needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mandatory hands-on proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to work with CRM software and extract relevant reports.
Qualifications
- B.Com. or an equivalent bachelor's degree.
- Good communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance and LIC products is an added advantage.
