Senior Executive, Graphic designer

About the Role

Swiggy has joined forces with Servd (formerly known as Mumbai Foodie), a leading Food Media House. Servd creates original content and curates on-ground community experiences. This role is based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership & Execution: Lead and execute multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Create impactful digital and print assets, including websites, social media creatives, email templates, branding, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Creative Direction: Shape the visual style and direction for various campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring high-quality and on-brand designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Post Production and Content, to craft compelling design solutions.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure all work is polished, on-brand, and meets high standards before final delivery.
• Oversee Junior Designers: Support and guide junior team members through creative inputs and quality checks.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative techniques.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience.
• Excellent eye for detail, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, branding design/visual brand building, and visual composition.
