About the Role

• Department: Project Delivery Team
• Project Location(s): Pune
• Compensation: 3,00,000-3,60,000 fixed yearly + performance incentives + fixed loyalty bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding client requirements and exact deliverables.
• Planning and defining project milestones and intermediate delivery cycles.
• Briefing domain experts on the schedule and exact deliverable details.
• Coordinating with UK-based clients and ensuring their comfort.
• Delivering intermediate drafts to the client ahead of the planned schedule.
• Learning feedback and areas of improvement from the client.
• Communicating feedback to delivery experts and planning the final deadline.
• Validating the quality of work and releasing the final delivery to the client.
• Learning feedback again to ensure over-delivery.
• Closing the project successfully from both client and expert perspectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Flawless English Communication is a MUST.
• 100% fluency in English required due to UK-based clients.
• Complete availability when the client or expert needs you.

Qualifications

• Freshers to 1 year experienced.
