- Monitor and analyze field activity to optimize performance.
- Coaching and Developing:
- Learn various Sales approaches and implement on field.
- Collaborate with team members in fieldwork.
- Become a subject matter expert on our insurance products.
- Deliver sales process training for Agency Partners.
