About the Role

A full-time, on-site Member role contributing to planning, building, and improving AI-driven products and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on requirements.
• Participating in the design and implementation of features.
• Supporting testing and quality assurance activities across platforms such as AgentFarm, Contract Insights, CDMS, and Info QA.
• Documenting workflows.
• Maintaining knowledge bases.
• Assisting in operational support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in coordination with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Learning and applying best practices in AI, data, and software delivery.
• Contributing ideas to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Engaging in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge in software, data, or AI-related domains (e.g., computer science fundamentals, data handling, or basic machine learning concepts).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, including strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
• Competence in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with attention to detail.
• Comfort with technical tools and platforms, and openness to developing skills in areas such as automation, testing, or product operations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes, reporting issues, and sharing updates.
• Interest in AI-first products and willingness to keep up with evolving technologies and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background (e.g., degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad on a full-time basis.
