About the Role
We are a locally owned Domino's franchise seeking Drivers to start immediately. All shifts are available, including days, nights, weekends, part-time, and full-time. We offer a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver customer orders from the store to their door.
- Assist with making food, prepping, cleaning, and answering phones when not on delivery.
- Wear company-approved attire: hat, tucked-in shirt, and black pants or shorts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Driver's License for over 1 year.
- Clean driving record.
- Access to a clean, reliable, insured vehicle that you are listed on the insurance policy for.
- Ability to read a map, use GPS, and navigate delivery areas.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- Hard worker and team player.
- Friendly and upbeat personality.
- Ability to handle all situations, including bad weather.
Pay structure: Guaranteed base pay of $8.00 per hour, plus customer tips, mileage, and device reimbursement. Drivers average between $15–$20 per hour.
