About the Role

The Owner role at LearningPad is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the organization. The Owner will define and refine the company vision, set long-term goals, and guide product and market strategy for immersive learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams.
• Manage key partnerships and client relationships.
• Ensure smooth delivery of solutions to schools and institutional partners.
• Oversee budgets, investments, and resource allocation.
• Monitor business performance through data and dashboards.
• Drive continuous innovation in 3D, AR, AI, and LMS offerings.
• Represent LearningPad in external forums.
• Nurture an inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of or strong interest in immersive learning technologies such as 3D content, AR/VR, AI-based assessments, and learning management systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building, leading, or owning an education technology, SaaS, or digital product-focused business, preferably in K-12 or learning solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate a long-term vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, stakeholder alignment, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and working with investors or key partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with schools, publishers, partners, and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District and travel as needed to meet clients, partners, and stakeholders.
