Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Freelance Architectural Photographer & Videographer | Drone Operator. The professional will capture high-quality architectural and interior photographs and videos of ongoing and completed projects, ensuring accurate representation of design intent, materials, and spatial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning shoots
• Coordinating with project teams
• Scouting locations
• Setting up lighting and equipment
• Operating cameras and drones in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Post-production work:
• Editing photos and videos
• Color correction
• Organizing media libraries
• Delivering content in suitable formats for marketing, presentations, and client documentation
• Collaboration with architects, designers, and the communications team to create visual narratives and project portfolios

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Ability to capture professional architectural and interior photography and videography, including composition, framing, and use of natural and artificial light.
• Proficiency in operating drones for aerial photography and videography, with knowledge of relevant regulations, permissions, and safety practices.
• Strong skills in photo and video editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Experience working on architectural, interior, or construction project sites, with an understanding of design terminology and spatial documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients on shoot requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, equipment, backups, and digital asset libraries, and delivering work within agreed timelines.
• Relevant education or training in photography, videography, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating architectural work is essential.
• Ability to work on site in Navi Mumbai, adapt to varying project environments, and comply with safety protocols and site regulations.
