Part-Time Operations Analyst

About the Role

This is a part-time role for an undergrad student based out of our Lehi, UT office, focusing on outreach and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Dedicate 20 hours of cold calling, texting, and LinkedIn messaging each week.
• Coordinate with our Operations Analyst to receive contacts to call and reach out to.
• Work closely with our Interview Operations Manager to communicate the results of outreach efforts for each client.
• Help develop and advance our calling and texting processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Undergrad College Student
• Can commit to stay for 6 months or longer.
• Driven and motivated, who takes initiative.
• Experience with cold calling or doing sales and enjoys it.
• Head down mentality - Willing to hustle, work hard, and be motivated by friendly competition.
• Works well with the team and represents Clozd and our clients in a professional manner.
