Junior AI Strategist

About the Role

The Junior AI Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position supports the integration of AI tools and workflows into hpad’s architectural and design processes, working closely with designers, project managers, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching emerging AI technologies relevant to architecture and design.
• Documenting AI use cases.
• Helping design and test prototypes or pilots for internal teams.
• Assisting in creating clear guidelines, training materials, and best practices for AI-assisted design, visualization, data analysis, and project documentation.
• Analyzing workflow data.
• Gathering feedback from team members.
• Presenting recommendations that improve efficiency, creativity, and project outcomes while ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in AI concepts and tools, such as familiarity with machine learning basics, generative AI platforms, and AI-assisted design or visualization workflows.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to evaluate AI solutions, compare tools, interpret data, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to create documentation, guidelines, and training content, and to present complex concepts in accessible language to non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work closely with architects, designers, and project teams, gather requirements, and incorporate feedback into AI strategies.
