About the Company

DynamaxTerra is offering a structured remote internship for college students and freshers who want to begin a career in business analysis. The internship provides practical exposure to business requirements, data analysis, process improvement, market research, reporting, and decision-making using real-world business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Work with team members to understand business problems, objectives, and project requirements.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify business opportunities.
• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze business data from relevant sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights for internal teams.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate findings effectively.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for data analysis and reporting.
• Track key business and project performance indicators and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business and operational data.
• Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time.
• Maintain proper documentation of analysis, findings, processes, and project requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Suitable for college students and freshers with an interest in business analysis, data analysis, management, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research and identify meaningful business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
• Willingness to learn new business analysis tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines responsibly.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance-Based)
